As a family business in the truest sense of the word, our team is close-knit, dedicated and has a keen sense of history – as you’ll see in our story on the history page.
As we continue to develop, it’s all thanks to the dedication and professionalism of our staff base. This includes an experienced team of Sales Representatives and telesales operatives, who are charged with the responsibility of building the strongest possible relationships with a diverse customer base.
Our team is headed up by brothers Steven and Andrew Wild. Steven’s wife, Sarah, looks after “Accounts Payable and Wages”, whilst Andrew’s wife, Annie, looks after the telesales team and the logistics.
Within the “Account Managers Team” of Karen Molloy, Mark Law, Ged O’Rourke and Shelley Hawksworth (all covering the on-trade), we have a wide experience of the industry, and coupled with our “Wine Development Manager”, Alan Smith, they have the ability to ensure that the customers’ wishes are put into action. Alan’s role is to develop wine sales within the customer base of the company, by offering excellent advice, tastings, menu design and staff training to all our customers.
In the office, we have a further six people, most of whom have been with us for years, and out in the warehouse and driving, we have a further 19 members of staff, who are ready and willing to give you excellent service.
That’s what being part of the team at Wilds is about. We all know each other and how we work – this makes us more efficient and allows us to enjoy the kind of growth that we have over the last 25 years. And this is what cements our relationships with our customers – the family approach; we’re all in this together – we won’t let you down, and we will do everything we can to help you succeed in a tough, but important and historical industry.
