FAST CASK - HOW IT WORKS
Fast cask is the revolutionary system that enables cask ale to settle, "ready to drink" in just 60 seconds. With fast cask there is no need to let the beer settle for 24/48 hours. You can tap and vent, and by the time you've got back to the bar, it is ready to pour. It is available in three brands at the moment - Hobgoblin (4.5%), Marstons Pedigree (4.5%) and Marstons EPA (3.6%). Starting in April 2011, Wilds will be doing a "seasonal" fast cask beer each month. In April it will be Jennings Stickle Pike (3.8%). Look out for full details on the website.
2011 DUTY INCREASES
The attached file shows the increase in price as a result of the March 2011 Budget which came in to effect at midnight on Sunday 27th March.
